Information we collect

We only collect what we need to respond to you and to run the service:

• Enquiry details — the information you submit through our contact form, such as your name, business, email, phone number and what you tell us you’re trying to solve.
• Account & platform data — if you become a customer, the data you and your team enter into your platform (for example customers, jobs, schedules and records).
• Basic technical data — standard information your browser sends, such as approximate location and device type, used to keep the service secure and working.

How we use it

We use the information to:

• reply to your enquiry and arrange a call or trial;
• set up, operate, support and improve your platform;
• keep our systems secure and troubleshoot problems;
• send service-related messages about your account.

We do not sell your information, and we don’t use it for advertising.

Sharing

We share information only with the service providers that help us run HexSuite — for example email delivery and hosting — and only to the extent needed to provide the service. We may also disclose information where required by law.

Keeping and deleting your data

We keep your information for as long as you’re in touch with us or using our services, and for a reasonable period afterwards. You can ask us to delete your data at any time — on request, we will delete all of the personal data we hold about you and, for customers, the data held in your platform, except anything we’re required to keep by law. Just email us and we’ll take care of it.

Cookies

This site uses only the cookies needed for it to function. We don’t use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll change the date at the top of this page.
